Key "numbers letter and envelope" used by Nicolas Cage

This is one of the key numbers letters and envelopes used by Nicolas Cage in the hit film "knowing".  This particular letter has the "scotch stain" on it that helped Nick Cage's character identify the first number pattern revolving around the September 11th attacks.  COA from Premiere Props for the envelope only, as the letter was included by accident.  I have been allowed to keep the letter, but have not been provided a COA for the letter.  Premiere Props can confirm this.
